Being out in nature is one of our favourite activities. You can clear your mind and enjoy the simpler things in life. We often find ourselves staring at a tree and feeling amazed at how the leaves, branches, roots and trunk work together in silent harmony. Birdwatching is another activity that can help clear your mind. We have a fish pond on our property and watching the Goldfish and Koi is also quite relaxing. I guess the idea is to try and connect with nature as often as you can and you will likely find yourself more relaxed.
